The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, delivering, and deploying technical solutions to customers and overseeing the efforts of other development team members in large scale projects. The Solution Architect is accountable for their personal utilization and responsible for their interactions with a customer resulting in a high customer satisfaction rating.The focus of this role is developing and deploying IRM/GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow is an enterprise class leader in the IRM/GRC space and NewRocket’s is a premier specialist ServiceNow partner.The RoleYou will be a part of the Security, Risk & Resiliency team to help design,



build and maintain solutions for our clients on the ServiceNow GRC platformAssist with proposal development, scoping engagements and driving solutions in an advisory capacity for enterprise level GRC projectsExperience with integrations that specialize in automation of continuous monitoring solutionsAbility to develop roadmaps for broad or complex implementation projectsParticipate on project teams that define, design, and develop IRM/GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on requirements gathered from various clientsConfigure and code solutions for clients IRM GRC solutionsPrepare Requirement, Design, or Test Plan documents as part of the projectHelp define and estimate sprints for Agile projectsProvide guidance and instruction on showing end users how to use the solution that has been built for themDemonstrate problem-solving skills as part of designing and developing IRM/GRC solutionsExperience integrating ServiceNow with different systems working with REST/SOAP and using Integration Hub to build reports and dashboards using performance analytics applicationProvide subject matter expertise and industry best practicesProvide architecture and technical direction for design and implementationProvide technical guidance, direction, and oversight to project team membersLead sprints to build, review and refine use case functionalityConduct training and knowledge
