Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and disinfect all toilet surfaces, including seats, handles, walls, and fixtures
- Sweep and sanitize floors; remove debris, litter, and cobwebs
- Clean exterior areas around facilities (entrances, vegetation, garbage)
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer
- Demonstrated experience safely operating power tools, including portable pressure washers, for exterior surface and deep cleaning work
- Inspect and maintain dispensers to ensure proper functioning
- Add enzymes to vault toilets and monitor waste levels
- Travel between multiple park locations following assigned routes
- Complete cleaning tasks according to scheduled frequencies
- Report damages, hazards,



or maintenance issues immediately
- Maintain daily records of completed work and site conditions
- Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly
- Maintain professional conduct while working in public areas

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Valid driver's license with Class 5

NB- Experience is a must in safely operating power tools, including portable pressure washers, for exterior surface and deep cleaning work
