Creation Technologies is seeking an experienced PCB design professional who will drive excellence in multilayer PCB manufacturing. You will utilize your expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to develop complex designs while collaborating closely with electrical and mechanical engineering teams. Advanced technical skills in Altium Designer and Siemens Valor NPI are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead DFM assessments for printed circuit board assemblies • Conduct manufacturability analysis using Siemens Valor tools • Maintain and improve DFM rule sets aligned with IPC standards • Review design data packages for completeness and manufacturability • Prepare DFM reports and executive summaries to communicate findings
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent • 10+ years of PCB layout experience in manufacturing • 5+ years supporting PCB fabrication and assembly • Familiar with DFM tools and industry standards • Robust leadership and analytical skills
