Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.G., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). 3 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools, or Applied ML (e.G., LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Recommendations). Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. 6 years of experience in Applied Machine Learning, including teams responsible for business metrics on user-facing products. 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
