You will coordinate comprehensive services aligned with core values and compliance standards. This role requires collaboration with site supervisors and community partners to enhance program delivery. Further, you will provide mentorship and support for staff while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement out-of-school programs for children
• Ensure safety procedures and maintenance standards are met
• Collaborate with supervisors for daily and PA Day programming




• Identify community needs and evaluate program effectiveness
• Mentor staff and foster a supportive team environment
Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth work or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with children aged 6-12
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Proven project management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
