As aSenior Project Manager (SPM) , you will lead the successful delivery of commercial, retail,



and office workplace fit-out projects from feasibility through close-out. You will oversee multiple workstreams across design, procurement, construction, technology integration, furniture installation, workplace transitions, commissioning, and handover while providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and junior team members. This role requires strong technical competence, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Experience delivering corporate office environments, workplace modernization initiatives, tenant improvements, relocations, and occupied-space renovations is highly valued.
