We’re hiring: Building Science Project ManagerLocation: North YorkWork Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)Tenure: Full time, PermanentSalary range: $90,000 – $110,000 CAD / AnnuallyWe’re looking for an experienced Building Science Project Manager to lead building envelope projects from investigation through to design, contract administration, and completion.What you’ll do:- Lead building envelope restoration, assessment, and reserve fund projects- Conduct site investigations and evaluate building conditions- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications- Develop cost estimates and rehabilitation strategies- Manage projects from concept to completion (budget, timelines, quality)- Perform construction reviews and contract administration- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors- Develop structural, thermal,



and hygrothermal models- Mentor and manage junior/intermediate team members- Support client relationship development and business growthWhat you bring:- 6–10 years of experience in building science (consulting/contracting preferred)- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario (REQUIRED)- Strong experience with building envelope systems (roofing, façades, glazing, waterproofing, cladding, etc.)- Solid project management and leadership experience- Strong technical writing and communication skills- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with building codes, standards, and envelope performance- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
