Requirements

- Minimum of twoyears’ experience in a relevant field is required;management experience is preferred.
- Design andmarketing principles and techniques should beunderstood.
- Capability todevelop strategies in response to industry trends anddevelopments.
- Excellentorganizational and multitasking abilities, particularly whenworking on multiple projects or teams.
- Excellentnegotiation, management, listening, and verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Decisiveness andstrong problem-solving abilities, particularly when underpressure.
- Capability toestablish and maintain working relationships.
- Solid sales andpresentation skills.
