Key Responsibilities: • Assist in departmental planning,
including menu development • Provide leadership in protected food service and staff supervision • Conduct regular inspections and training for dietary safety • Maintain organized records for menus and food deliveries • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients
Requirements: • Food and Nutrition Management Diploma required • Good standing with the Ontario Society of Nutrition Management • Relevant experience in long-term care preferred • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities • Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule
