In this important role, you will focus on developing resources and improving understanding of research ethics, particularly within the new electronic health record landscape. Collaborating closely with researchers, you will facilitate guidance on OPOR Power Trials, participate in educational initiatives, and identify key ethical challenges. A strong background in research ethics and hands-on project management skills are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop clear guidelines for ethical data usage • Create resources for OPOR-related ethical research • Conduct training sessions for research coordinators • Liaise with OPOR mentors to mitigate concerns • Update the ethics team on project developments
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field • Proven OPOR and PowerTrials experience • TCPS2 training certification • Experience in clinical research preferred • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
