• Own the Loyalty roadmap from strategy through delivery • Build and scale membership and rewards systems effectively • Conduct architecture reviews for technical quality • Match engineers to opportunities while providing feedback • Manage dependencies across teams in the delivery process

Requirements: • 5+ years of software development experience • 2+ years in engineering management • Experience with mobile and backend project delivery • Familiar with AI tools and their applications • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
