About the JobWe are excited to announce we are seeking a Senior Accounting and Finance Analyst to accelerate our services to new clients and partners. This is a remote-first role and may require part-time attendance in office in North York (Yonge & Sheppard). You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.About EukaPayEukaPay is a licensed global payment platform for businesses. In addition, you will be responsible for building the EukaPay operations, bringing our mission to life through trading, financial management, regulatory compliance and operational support.Ultimately, your execution of financial and operational management will directly result in EukaPay strengthening our products to drive growth.Key Responsibilities1. Trading & OTC / FX Desk (20%)- Execute and monitor OTC and FX trades for clients, ensuring best execution and minimal slippage.- Manage trade settlement, reconciliation, and counterparty communication.- Monitor market conditions to support pricing, spreads, and risk management.2. Financial & Management Reporting (20%)- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statements.- Maintain internal reporting dashboards for P&L;, cash flow,



and key performance metrics.- Support management with variance analysis and board-level reporting.3. Financial Product Engineering (20%)- Design, structure, and model financial/treasury products (e.G., FX conversion products, yield products, hedging solutions).- Collaborate with tech and operations to implement financial workflows and automation.- Research and integrate financial systems/tools that enhance execution and reporting.4. Treasury & Balance Sheet Management (20%)- Oversee liquidity, cash flow, and capital allocation.- Optimize balance sheet structure, working capital, and banking/payment rails.- Implement hedging and treasury strategies to reduce FX and digital asset risks.5. Regulatory Reporting (10%)- Prepare and submit Canadian and U.S. MSB filings, FINTRAC reports, and other regulatory obligations.- Ensure controls are in place for ongoing audit readiness.- Track global regulatory developments relevant to payments and digital assets.6. FP&A; and Corporate Finance (10%)- Build forecasting models for revenue, expenses, and capital requirements.- Maintain and update the company’s cap table.- Support strategic finance initiatives, including fundraising preparation.Qualifications- Preferred certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in financial accounting, financial analysis, treasury management,
