Hatch is on the hunt for a passionate Highway Designer to enhance its Highways & Bridges division within the Infrastructure group. This role involves creating detailed engineering output, focusing on earthworks, roads, and stormwater management. As a team member, you will ensure deliverables meet both the company’s high standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed layouts for earthworks and road systems
• Draft engineering designs according to established standards
• Provide thorough reviews of team output




• Produce accurate contract and record drawings
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Experience in highway and municipal design projects
• Proficient in CAD software, mainly Civil 3D
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
• Required experience in municipal engineering
