Project Coordinator – KENAIDAN/MURPHY JOINT VENTURE (Oakville, ON) Kenaidan and Murphy have formed the KENAIDAN/MURPHY JOINT VENTURE (KMJV) to bring global innovation to infrastructure projects across Ontario. The KMJV has been awarded the construction manager contract for the Oakville GO Station upgrade, which includes station building upgrades, platform works, accessibility improvements, and parking lot improvements. The role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities for this development. Responsibilities Develop and maintain work plans in accordance with project and MX requirements. Coordinate with the Construction Superintendent and Technical Manager to book flagging resources. Attend T‑meetings (T‑12, T‑7, T‑3, GO/NO‑GO, etc.) as required for MX works. Identify and track changes that may impact scope, schedule, or cost. Develop a working understanding of RCAC requirements, access procedures, and corridor constraints. Create operational plans and presentations following Work Planning Standards. Support daily reporting, activity tracking, and documentation. Participate in design coordination meetings and follow up on action items.



Maintain organized records of submissions, access requests, and coordination logs. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles, preferably in infrastructure or transit construction. Metrolinx experience preferred, but not mandatory. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage documentation and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working in a primarily desk‑based role with occasional site visits. Salary Between $75,000 – $95,000, depending on experience.
