Successful candidates will engage in classroom management, develop lesson plans, and monitor student progress. A background in teaching with a focus on diverse identities is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement effective teaching methodologies and evaluate students
• Prepare curriculum-related plans for the principal
• Report on student progress and adapt instruction as needed




• Facilitate community engagement in educational activities
• Work with staff to maintain discipline and safety in the class
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario teacher's license is essential
• Experience working with Grades 6 and 7 curriculum
• Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Proven ability to establish rapport with students
• Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required
