Working closely with Regional Marketing Managers and reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, you will own the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid advertising campaigns for both 123 Corporate and Legacy clinics across Canada.This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role. You will manage Google and Meta ad accounts, conduct keyword research, perform audience targeting, and use data to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, helping to guide and elevate the quality of paid media work across the network.We are a data‑driven organization, and this role is central to that. and account setup for new and existing campaignsPerform ongoing campaign optimization including audience expansion, bid management, and data modelling to maximize effectiveness and ROIProactively monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and make strategic recommendations to improve performanceSet up tracking and reporting frameworks to analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaign outcomes, including third-party aggregating reporting toolsProvide PPC input on clinic reports and campaign forecastingCollaborate with internal departments and external agencies to guide and strategically advise on paid media executionStay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and platform updates, and apply them to day‑to‑day operationsWhat You BringEducation & QualificationsDegree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience2 or more years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns2 or more years of experience managing paid campaigns across the Meta Ads NetworkGoogle Ads CertificationMeta Ads CertificationSolid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition for brick‑and‑mortgage businessesRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong analytical skills,
