The MRG Group needs a Security Guard in the vibrant Rock 'N' Horse Saloon, Toronto's top country bar. Engage with guests while ensuring their safety in a lively atmosphere.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests at the award-winning venue. Your responsibilities include monitoring guest behavior, tracking capacity, and maintaining the safety of everyone on the premises. You must be able to work late nights and weekends while promoting a welcoming setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Report to work in uniform at scheduled times
• Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival
• Keep a vigilant eye on the crowd
• Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance
• Communicate proactively with fellow staff
Requirements:
• Must be available every weekend and holidays
• Experience in security or hospitality is an asset
• Ability to communicate calmly in all situations
• Work well with minimal supervision
• Strength to maintain safety and support colleagues
