Job DetailsSalary: $52,000 annually(equal to$25.00 per hour )Work schedules are expected to be shifts of8.5 hours 5 days a week. Depending on the business operation, theseshifts will continuously varyfrom early mornings, day, afternoons, evenings and overnights shifts. school graduation certificate preferredHolds valid First Aid and Food safety certifications (company to provide first class for qualified candidates if needed)Experience:Several years of recent experience in food preparation or food service are required * recent defined as within the last 3-5 years2+ years of recent restaurant or food-related management experience in a quick service, high volume setting (McDonald's experience is an asset) * recent defined as within the last 3-5 yearsPrevious experience leading a Kitchen, Guest Experience, or People DepartmentA permanent position; requires applicant to be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally entitled to work in Canada for 12 months or greater. This position does not include an LMIAProficiency with: MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Access, Accounting software, Electronic cash register, Point of Sale system, MS ExcelDuties and ResponsibilitiesDaily shift accountability following McDonald's operations systemIdentify operational gaps on shift, diagnose and provide direction and coachingReview and analyze guest count, sales, and profit resultsRegular monitoring of company communication to stay informed of promotions and procedural changes. May include sharing, teaching, or coaching staff on information receivedFollow and oversee food safety standards through daily certifications, maintaining physical plant cleanliness standards,
and monitoring staff actionsFollow McDonald's high standard of people practicesSeek guest feedback.
