Key Responsibilities:
• Provide urgent psychosocial assessments for crises
• Coordinate care and discharge planning for patients
• Offer counseling for individuals and families in distress




• Accurately document psychosocial needs and services
• Support community and staff education on psychosocial health
Requirements:
• Registered ASW or AMFT with the California Board
• Crisis intervention training required shortly after hire
• Licensed within six years of your start date
• Proven ability to work in a high-pressure setting
