Keeping an eye onemployees like salespeople, cashiers, and shelfstockers. Taking care ofmoney and creating an annual budget. Maintaining recordsof spending, sales, and employee performance. Requirements

GED or highschool diploma. It is preferred tohave a bachelor's degree in business administration,financial management, or a related field. experience in aretail setting, or something comparable, as asupervisor. a wealth ofexperience creating budgets, financial reports, and expensereports. thoroughunderstanding of marketing tactics, consumer trends, andproduct trends. Excellent peopleskills for interacting with coworkers and customers. proficiency withretail management programs like AIM and NetSuite. proficiency withword processing and spreadsheet programs. knowledge ofrelevant labor laws and retail health and safetyregulations.
