Key Responsibilities:
• Perform home and public assessments for individuals
• Maintain accurate electronic records of assessments




• Analyze data for correct application of tools
• Communicate effectively with management and assessors
• Develop and schedule workflow efficiently
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services needed
• Minimum two years of assessment experience
• Strong communication skills essential
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License
• Competent typing and computer proficiency
