CFMWS is seeking a Recreation Manager to lead quality programs that serve Canadian Armed Forces members and their families. Your role encompasses strategic planning, operational management, and execution of recreational, fitness, and educational activities. You will play a crucial role in developing a supportive community environment tailored to the unique challenges faced by military families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the delivery of diverse community recreational programs
• Supervise and improve fitness, sports, arts, and cultural events




• Guide and develop junior team members through mentorship
• Ensure health and safety compliance in all programming
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate program success
Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or related field
• Proven experience in recreation program management
• Relevant AED, CPR, and Safety certifications
• Bilingual in English and French is required
• Complete necessary HIGH FIVE certifications during probation
