Helen Betty Osborne Ininiw Education Resource Centre is a Nursery to Grade 12 school serving approximately 1,400 students. It is one of the largest and most unique schools in the province. The school is located in Norway House, Manitoba which is a thriving community situated at the picturesque tip of Lake Winnipeg and the Nelson River. The community is fully serviced with a hospital, shopping mall, two community recreation complexes, a post-secondary campus and daily air service. WHAT WE OFFER

Bachelor of Education Degree and valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for) A sound knowledge of provincial curricula Previous teaching experience A sound knowledge and experience with school-based technology Strong classroom management skills Knowledge of Indigenous Way of Life (considered an asset) Experience working in a northern community (considered an asset) Applicants are required to submit the following: cover letter current resume list of three professional references including contact numbers, all of whom must have knowledge of the applicant's performance in the applicant's current or recent assignment and Child Abuse Registry Check, at their own expense.
