This role, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, involves planning, team management, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience and familiarity with local trade relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute Multi-Family and Commercial projects
• Build and mentor the project team effectively




• Manage tendering and contracts for subcontracted work
• Ensure compliance with Safety and Quality standards
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in project management
• Proven experience in multi-family projects
• Formal education in a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam is an asset
