Overview Scott Builders Inc. is hiring a Site Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects. This is a full-time, site-based role responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. and budgets Proven ability to manage multiple priorities through strong organizational and planning skills Experience coordinating subcontractors, trades, and field staff on active construction sites Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams, while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and a high standard of customer service Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve constructability issues in complex situations Commitment to promoting and enforcing secure work practices on site Working knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office, and related construction software Work Experience 5+ years’ experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction Wage Range $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 /Year Work Conditions Full-time, site-based position on active construction sites Work performed outdoors in various weather conditions Flexibility to work extended hours and overtime during peak construction phases Eligibility Statement Eligibility to work in Canada is a requirement for this position.
