• Prioritize and analyze inbound freight for deliveries • Assign and load driver routes in TMS systems • Address delivery exceptions and make real-time adjustments • Organize shift handover and preparation of driver documentation • Update operational records in internal systems

Requirements: • 2+ years in transportation planning or LTL dispatch • Familiarity with local delivery networks and traffic patterns • Experience with TMS systems and Microsoft Office suite • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication for overnight shifts
