• Maintain documentation following care standards
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Canada
• Experience working with unregulated care providers
• Clinical knowledge in gerontology and rehabilitation
• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening up to date
