JOB DESCRIPTION The Natl Dir, Lease Admin and Audit & Landlord Mgmt directs the delivery of Lease Administration, Landlord Management and Lease Audit services on behalf of large corporate clients. This position will be one of the corporate centers of excellence for the RES (Real Estate Services) group involved in corporate and client strategic and tactical initiatives. The position ensures service delivery meets objectives, collaborates with relevant stakeholders on related matters including providing input into portfolio strategy and optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This is accomplished through leading and developing a large, diverse, productive and high-performing team, and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.



A core focus of the role will include working on multiple RFP responses, securing recent business as well as supporting the roll-out of industry leading technology solutions to RES and client groups. This position has regular interaction with Senior Directors and Executives on new business proposals, and contract transitions.
