The successful candidate will participate in multidisciplinary projects with leading industry stakeholders and benefit from a flexible hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work and office presence.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical leadership, Project management, Business development and client relationship buildingTechnical coordination and project management across disciplinesDesign and rehabilitation of hydroelectric stationsEngineering of hydraulic structures (buildings, dams, spillways, gate lifting mechanisms, intakes, etc.)Structural and Stability calculationsFeasibility studies, preliminary designs, detailed designs and technical assessmentsDam safety reviews and risk assessmentsInspections of hydraulic structures and hydroelectric facilitiesPreparation of technical drawings and specificationsAnalysis of construction methods and cost estimationTechnical support during construction, both remotely and on-siteCollaboration with engineering and technical teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil engineeringPost Graduate degree is an assetMinimum 15 years of experience in design,
