Key Responsibilities: • Independently handle insurance defense files from start to finish • Conduct applications, mediations,



and trials across levels of court • Draft legal documents and opinions for motions and mediations • Deliver legal seminars to enhance team knowledge • Collaborate with claims adjusters to ensure effective communication

Requirements: • LLB or JD degree and current membership in Alberta Law Society • Minimum of two years of insurance litigation experience • Experience in commercial liability, transportation, and employment law • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with legal technologies and software
