Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning and minimum two years of experience in land use planning will be preferred. This role emphasizes project management and technical resource coordination to support effective land development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process subdivision applications per applicable regulations
• Collect and facilitate multidisciplinary reviews
• Serve as the applicant's main contact




• Prepare technical documents for the Subdivision Authority
• Conduct site evaluations and represent decisions at hearings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning or related discipline
• Two years’ experience managing land use planning projects
• Familiarity with planning legislation and procedures
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with planning software and digital tools
