In this individual contributor role based in Ottawa, Toronto, or St. John's, you will report to the Vice-President of Supply Chain & Logistics. Your mission will be to enhance procurement for training, flight operations, and support services for the Royal Canadian Air Force's innovative training program. Your role will foster strong vendor relationships to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic procurement and contract negotiations
• Document supply chain workflows and ensure ISO compliance
• Build Indigenous partnerships to support procurement strategies




• Track financial performance within the procurement process
• Collaborate with multiple departments on purchasing needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain functions
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with strong leadership capabilities
• Experience in problem-solving and risk mitigation
