Fintex Inc. in Ottawa is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst who will sit between business stakeholders and engineering/design teams, translating complex requirements into explicit, actionable work and prioritizing it in the backlog.
You’ll own the backlog end-to-end and ensure deliverables align with wealth-management goals. You’ll work closely with advisors and clients, document current processes, validate requirements, and drive sprint planning and UAT.
