• Lead requirements elicitation and validation with stakeholders • Develop business requirements and user stories effectively • Analyze data and business processes for design support • Partner with teams to define reporting and analytical capabilities • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on solutions

Requirements: • Proven experience in business analysis • Hands-on experience with Counterparty Credit Risk and derivatives • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Expertise in Excel, Python, JIRA, and Confluence • Experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services preferred
