This role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production equipment to ensure reliable and safe operations.Key Responsibilities- Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.- Perform preventative maintenance, equipment installations, troubleshooting, and system improvements.- Provide technical support for production processes, equipment, and systems.- Ensure effective shift transitions through clear communication and proper hand-offs.- Participate in team meetings to address operational challenges and safety concerns.- Support the onboarding, training,
