About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team!As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a strategic leadership and human resources advisor to senior leaders and their teams. Continually assessing and anticipating the needs and impacts of your business partners, you will support them to drive change and connect their teams and people to our strategy.ResponsibilitiesEstablish diagnoses and propose innovative HRM strategies aligned with the challenges, objectives and priorities of the leaders and organizational values.Provide coaching, strategic professional advice and practical support on all facets of HR management.Support managers so that they fully own the dimensions of their role and act consistently with leadership success factors.Play a key role in organizational transformations, anticipating issues and proposing approaches to support change.Guide leaders in talent identification and development, succession planning, workforce planning, and building high‑performing teams.Provide guidance to all stakeholders on conflict prevention, management and resolution to maintain a healthy organizational climate.Carry out internal investigations regarding labor law, harassment and other employee complaints.Design and lead co‑development workshops, round tables, training and information sessions for managers and employees.Represent the Intact HR community, building and maintaining internal and external contacts.Actively contribute to the development of HR colleagues’ skills through a coaching approach.Lead or participate in national‑scale projects and deploy corporate programs and sectoral initiatives.Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR programs and processes.QualificationsUniversity degree in Industrial Relations,



Human Resources Management or relevant experience.10+ years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering and/or organizational design.Capacity to thrive in a multi‑site, matrix organization and a dynamic environment.Strong planning and project management skills, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.Business acumen, tolerance for ambiguity and agility.In‑depth knowledge of all HR areas including talent management, performance management, employee relations, disability management, change management, engagement, compensation, organizational development, workforce and succession planning.Pragmatic and strategic thinking for resolving operational and complex issues.Proven influencing, communication and relationship‑building skills, with a record of raising leadership awareness and creating alignment.Excellent collaborative skills and willingness to share expertise.CHRP and/or CHRL designation is an asset.Eligible to work in Canada; Canadian work experience not required.Salary & BenefitsSalary range : 109,900 - 134,300Annual bonus target : 15% of base salary with a potential payout of up to double the target.Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP): Intact matches 50% of net shares.
