Your major duties will require expertise in wet sanding, buffing, and solving paint issues, all while collaborating in a dynamic team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: • Wet sand and polish various vehicle components • Follow all established safety and quality procedures • Mask areas accurately as required for finishing • Identify and address paint defects during detail work • Maintain tools and materials necessary for tasks

Requirements: • Prior experience in auto body repair and finishing • Knowledge of composite components is advantageous • Versatile schedule availability for shifts • Ability to interpret instructions both verbally and in writing • Work independently without much supervision
