As the Senior Performance Media Associate, Planning, you will support the execution, reporting, and optimization of performance media campaigns across multiple channels. This role builds foundational expertise in data-driven media planning and supports the broader team in delivering measurable business outcomes.You willAssist in building and maintaining media plans across digital channelsSupport campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and tracking implementationMaintain reporting dashboards and performance tracking systemsEnsure campaign details align with strategic direction and client goalsCompile campaign performance data and support reporting deliverablesIdentify initial insights and optimization opportunitiesSupport A/B testing and performance evaluation effortsAssist in translating data into basic client-facing summariesSupport day‑to‑day client requests and internal coordinationWork closely with Managers and Directors to execute media strategiesMaintain documentation, trafficking sheets, and reporting accuracyParticipate in training and skill development across media platformsYou have1–3 years of experience in media, marketing, or advertisingExposure to digital media channels such as Search, Social, or ProgrammaticBasic understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA,
