Responsibilities Lead the PDCA process for the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. Support site quality system elements: internal documentation, change‑management, documentation registration, internal audits, PDCA cycles, CAPA system management, and management review. Coordinate the eQCMS bi‑annual review and handle consumer complaints from start to finish. Serve as key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management. Maintain daily oversight of food‑safety and quality activities (HACCP, GMP, Specification & SOP compliance). Implement Lean Six Sigma tools with business leaders, process engineers, and production colleagues to improve product quality and reduce defects, complaints, and scrap waste. File and review quality and food‑safety paperwork in accordance with company guidelines. Investigate consumer complaint trends, facilitate quality discussions, and conduct training activities. Manage hold/release and non‑conformance procedures for finished product and raw/pack materials. Lead quality incidents, including investigation, remediation, and corrective‑and‑preventive action closure. Participate in project teams for new equipment and infrastructure, working with Safety, Quality, and other departments. Apply IL6S tools and Root Cause Analysis to eliminate losses. Prepare for and participate in internal and external quality audits with the Process Quality Lead and Compliance Manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related science field. 2–5 years of experience in a related field; experience in GFSI Standards (FSSC, SQF, etc.) is required. HACCP or PCQI training; SAP user skills are an asset. Relevant laboratory experience.

Business Unit Summary Salary and Benefits The expected base salary range for this position is $64,600 to $80,750 CAD, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. The role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% and potential overachievement based on performance and company results.
