Project Planning & Scheduling Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, timelines, and milestones Track task dependencies, critical paths, and schedule variances Support project managers in setting baseline plans for scope, schedule, and cost Cost & Financial Control Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures Track variances and support cost control and forecasting activities Assist with financial reporting, accruals, and funding requests Performance Monitoring & Reporting Collect, consolidate, and analyze project performance data Produce status reports, dashboards, and KPIs (schedule, cost, risks, issues) Track progress against baseline using earned value or similar metrics Risk & Issue Management Maintain risk and issue registers Track mitigation and resolution actions Escalate risks and issues requiring management attention Change Control Support change request tracking and impact analysis Maintain change logs and coordinate approvals Assess schedule and cost impacts of scope changes Governance & Compliance Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards, methodologies, and policies Support stage gates, audits, and governance reviews Maintain project documentation in accordance with compliance requirements Stakeholder & PMO Support Act as a liaison between project managers, PMO, finance,
