Position SummaryThe Fashion Department Manager will provide customer service by leading other fashion associates and participating in daily activities across all fashion departments, including completion of modulars, merchandising non-modular areas, completing price changes, and maintaining accurate inventory. The role also involves ensuring a clean and safe sales floor and backroom, maintaining merchandising standards, accurate modular integrity, and accurate signage across all fashion departments. The Manager will work as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions, and will lead the execution of all seasonal guide sets and features.What you'll do1. Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers politely and friendly, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate.2. Assign associates to areas of apparel and shoes in partnership with the respective salaried Manager.3.



Ensure modular completion and merchandising of non-modular and non-basics items for fashion and shoes, completing price changes and PI exceptions, and ensuring all correct signage is in place.4. Process, stock, and zone modular items and set Features.5. Ensure proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary while using proper signage holders as the modular dictates (e.G., beanies).6. Replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.7. Provide training, coaching, and offer feedback to associates.8.
