Become a key player in safety training at Sunbelt Rentals. As a Safety Trainer, you will be pivotal in shaping safety protocols and delivering effective training programs for employees and customers.
In this role, you will conduct safety certification training and adult learning courses for a variety of customers at Sunbelt Rentals. You will manage training classes, maintain records, and support the growth of our Safety Training business through public and private classes. Your guidance will also extend to new safety trainers and evaluators in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diverse safety training and certification classes
• Publish class schedules for public access
• Ensure accurate completion of training documentation
• Collaborate with sales teams to expand training services
• Mentor current trainers with hands-on evaluations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Valid heavy equipment certification required
• Familiarity with safety standards and training methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
