As a full time Assistant Manager, you will work on-site in Belleville, partnering with the Site Manager to drive operations and oversee your team. This role requires strong leadership abilities, commitment to exceptional customer service, and a passion for environmental sustainability. You'll have a pivotal role in membership growth through effective coaching and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily wash operations and ensure a clean facility
• Supervise and train car wash attendants on quality standards




• Promote Revive’s wash memberships and track sales metrics
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Conduct regular performance check-ins and team recognition
Requirements:
• High school diploma; Bachelor's preferred
• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexible availability for all shifts
• Valid driver’s license
