Remove construction dust from walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, doors, vents, fixtures, ledges, and other surfaces. Vacuum floors and surfaces using approved commercial or HEPA-filtered equipment when required. Sweep and wet-mop hard floors using methods appropriate for the site and surface. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, closets, appliances, mirrors, interior glass, window frames, and tracks. Remove labels, stickers, tape, paint spots, caulking residue, and adhesive without damaging finished materials. Collect and dispose of packaging and non-hazardous waste in designated site containers. Inspect completed areas, correct deficiencies, and prepare units for builder or client walkthroughs. Follow site access, sign-in, security, emergency, and hazard-reporting procedures. Use cleaning products, ladders, tools, and equipment only as trained and authorized. Protect finished surfaces and report damage, unsafe conditions, unknown materials, or suspected hazardous dust immediately.
