As a Food Service Supervisor, you will help keep restaurant and food service operations running efficiently while leading and supporting your team.

? Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations

? Lead front-line employees during shifts

? Train, coach, and support new and existing staff

? Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation

? Maintain excellent customer service standards

? Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations

? Assist with staff scheduling and daily shift organization

? Monitor inventory, supplies, and stock levels

? Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally

? Support management in achieving operational and performance goals
