As a Senior Finance Manager supporting our Sustainability team, you will play a critical role in guiding financial strategy, forecasting future growth, and delivering insights that influence executive decision-making across a rapidly expanding and highly visible business. What You’ll Do Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of recent employees. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Drive the budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting.
