• Prepare business development pitch-books and presentations • Perform detailed market and competitive research • Identify potential buyers and acquisition opportunities • Assist in drafting marketing and financial documents • Participate in due diligence processes and analyses
Requirements: • Currently enrolled in a business program with a finance/accounting focus • High interest in M&A; and solid analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling • Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
