In this role, you will leverage your 7-10 years of legal experience to advise on complex debt and equity transactions. Collaborating with investment professionals, you'll navigate the investment lifecycle while developing impactful legal strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on debt and equity transactions throughout the investment lifecycle • Structure solutions addressing complex transactional issues • Draft and negotiate development and investment documents • Manage relationships with external legal counsel • Support legal policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: • Member of the Bar in Canada • 7-10 years of relevant legal experience • Ability to multitask and lead multiple transactions • Advanced knowledge of legal principles and practices • Bilingual in English and French preferred
