The Canadian Mental Health Association seeks a Program Manager for the Resilient Minds program to support the mental health of Ontario's front-line workers. This full time, temporary contract requires a skilled program manager adept in partnership development, program coordination, and logistical management. Your leadership will play a crucial role in meeting the psychological needs of first responders while fostering community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically position the program within Ontario’s landscape
• Collaborate on updates and priorities with Deputy Chief of Programs




• Establish long-term partnerships and brand recognition
• Manage lead generation and business development strategies
• Deliver training programs alongside Instructor Trainers
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in program management
• Familiarity with mental health promotion
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingualism is a preferred asset
