The engineering branch offers innovative services for current and future Canadian projects.LocationBased in Edmonton, Alberta with the possibility to relocate or travel as required.ResponsibilitiesField Engineering:Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervisionPerform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed/installed materials and workAssist in the preparation of work plans and work packagesAssist in field surveying and work layout support including elevation, control points, and compilation of as‑built dataAssist in compiling, processing, and confirming daily labor timesheetsAssist in the preparation of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s)Participate in jobsite safety reviews, toolbox meetings, mass safety meetings, and safety trainingOrder and schedule material deliveriesPlan, schedule, and coordinate work groups on the jobsiteSupervise field operationsOffice Engineering:Perform material takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and other contract documentsPerform basic engineering calculations and technical drafting to support field operationsAssist engineers to gather and prepare data for submittal or transmittal to customer, vendors, subcontractors, governmental agencies,
